PINPG and MES (Macedonian Ecological Society) are partners in the field of nature protection for several years. PINPG had representatives present to this year annual meeting of the Macedonian Ecological Society. The meeting was held in the auditorium of the Faculty of Forestry at the University Kiril and Metodi in Skopje. The meeting had the following agenda:

1.       Opening of the Gathering.
2.       Forming of Working Leadership.
3.       Current Affairs:
- Research of the soil pollution with heavy metals in Veles and its surroundings – Professor Trajce Stafilov,
- Overview of the results and achievements over the five years period of research and protection of vultures in Macedonia – Metodija Velevski.
4.      Annual report for 2008 about the activities of the Society.
5.       Financial report for year 2008.
6.       2009 Annual work program for the Society.
7.       Election of new Leadership of the Society, election of new supervisory body of the Society and election of new section leaders.

The gathering witnessed the presentation of the Symposium from the III Congress of environmental scientist of Macedonia. There were participants from abroad as well.
