According to the 2002 census, the village of Konjsko has 3 old residents who spend most of the time with their relatives away from the village.  For a longer period the residents have been leaving the village, so there are mostly old houses that are used occasionally over the warmer months of the year.  

The last 2 – 3 years, visitors from other parts of Macedonia are discovering Konjsko as an attractive weekend and holiday destination.  There are few new, seldom used houses built for holiday stay.
