The village of Sipokno is a mountain village with few old houses.  According to the 2002 census, it has 5 residents.  It has electricity, but no running water or sewerage.  Water is available at one water tab in the village.

For the lack of proper living conditions, the residents have left this village and mostly migrated to lover parts of the mountain forming the settlement of St. Stefan.  Today there are 2 permanent residents in the village.
